Physiotherapist at a Health & Wellbeing Centre

If so, you could be just the person we are looking for to fill the Physiotherapist position at our Physio and Wellness Centre.

About Us: QuayPhysio and The HealthHub

We are a small, rapidly growing Physiotherapy & Whole Health clinic that is looking for a top notch Physio to join our team and carve out their own niche area in the business. Our focus is on providing long term solutions and support for people’s health and wellbeing allowing them to age with independence, without fear and slowing down, gaining and maintaining fantastic mobility and activity levels.

We have been established for 10 years in our own large purpose built, beautifully designed, happy clinic space with multiple clinic rooms and studio / gym.  We have a great reputation locally and further afield and a waiting list of clients wanting our help.

The team makes the Hub special with a shared passion for learning, whilst helping and supporting others.  We are all highly skilled in our unique roles which offers heaps of learning opportunities above and beyond the weekly training and coaching sessions.  It is a place our clients love to come to time and time again. The Role:

To grow the revenue of the clinic by ensuring that all of our clients complete their recommended plan of care.  Doing this means they are more likely to get the outcome they want, will receive full value for money, and in turn will be happy to have chosen us.

The Tasks:

  •  Communicate with clients in a way that allows them to confidently make the right decision about the plan of care you suggest.
  • Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health / lifestyle outcomes (in a time frame you set)
  • Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the client and the clinic
  • Communicate the value of our services with the fee / price that the client will need to pay to access it.
  • Ensure that clients remain excited about the prospect of coming for Physiotherapy (and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest).
  • Ensure the clients coming for free discovery sessions convert to a first consultation (when appropriate).
  • Ensure the clients agree to a plan of care that will help them hit their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Make appropriate and timely referrals to other team members in relation to the clients health / wellbeing goals and follow up on their care / progress.
  • Ensure that clinical notes and communications with other health professionals and the team are kept up-to-date, accurate and completed in the agreed time frame.
  • Participate in, contribute to and help to develop the in-house educational training programme that is provided to all clinical and non-clinical team members.

Skills / Competencies Needed:

  •  Be able to communicate with clients in such a way that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution to solve their problem.
  • Willing and able to spot when a client may be disillusioned or confused with their progress (and likely drop off) and take the appropriate / necessary action to keep them on track and motivated to complete their agreed plan of care.
  • To be able to engage with and connect with clients on a personal level that goes way beyond a clinical outcome.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of what the causes are that could lead to a client dropping off appointments and solutions to get them back on schedule.
  •  Ability to run small group classes paying close attention to all clients needs and abilities adapting accordingly. Ideally has Pilates qualification but not essential.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to be held accountable for performance.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force behind progress.

What We Will Do For You:

Provide you with ongoing weekly training, coaching and support in clinical and non-clinical skills required to excel further at your job

Provide you with opportunity for external CPD course(s) dependent on hitting required key performance indicators. Course(s) will be dependent on personal development plan and the clinics needs

Compensation / Salary:

£30000-£40000 dependent on experience

Government run NEST pension scheme

Hours:

Full Time, permanent employed role

30-37 hours a week

31 days of paid holiday per year (this includes bank holidays and Christmas Eve)
